The idea
This is intended to be a place for growth, inspiration, bringing people together, development , creativity and healing.
Our lives are just getting faster and more strenuous. As a result, many people find themselves confronted with a wide variety of emotions and feel overwhelmed. Added to this are all the emotions and behaviors that we carry around with us like a backpack due to our previous experiences and traumas. In order to understand, integrate and let go of these emotions, I offer many different methods in individual coaching.

W orkshops
I would like to use workshops on various topics to create a space to connect with like-minded people. A space where there is room to show your true self, for healing, growth and the discovery of your creative energy. The more we show our true self to the outside world, the more we resonate with people who vibrate on the same frequency as us.
